Questions about what it takes to build a successful real estate career come up often. Over the years, I’ve seen many people drawn to the flexibility and income potential the industry offers. However, there’s much more behind long-term success than many expect. The environment, systems, and support surrounding an agent often play a major role in shaping how their career develops.
