If we ever consider buying a second home, we are choosing Bianca by name to facilitate it. She was such a help to us in figuring everything out from the rates, the home searching criteria, notable aspects of a property to avoid, all the way to selecting a quality third-party home inspector. I can't fit everything I want to say in this review because there's just too much, but we will touch on her best professional qualities. Seriously, do not work with her if you aren't serious about finding a property you'll love because she'll make it happen! She's real. She tells it like it is and doesn't sugar-coat anything. If we had doubts about any aspect of a property or didn't like something even if it seemed small, she was on top of it and ready to either go to the bargaining table or cancel a potential offer at the slightest hint of a dealbreaker. She didn't leave us hanging once. 2. She's great at what she does. She always came to our meetings and property walks with information about the area, housing market trend information, and whether or not the seller might be amenable to negotiating certain things in our favor before we had even finished forming our opinion. No such thing as getting lost in the details with her. Any documents we got from anyone else involved in the process of buying our home, we sent to her first so there weren't any surprises after signing. 3. She's connected. You don't HAVE to use any of her network contacts to help you in your quest to find, clear and close on a home but they were very affordable and accommodating to the timeline we were working with. - not to mention, all of the work was well-above board. If the house isn't everything you want, she won't bother powering through to closing day just for a buck. Soon as we noticed she was in it to actually help us find our dream home (VERY early on) and not just for the money, we were able to relax and enjoy the process a lot more. We would never have found our dream home if Bianca hadn't found it for us first. 10/10, easily. She can come to the cookout ANYTIME.
