A new kind of neighborhood is coming to Georgetown, and it’s is bringing a unique vision for community living. Heirloom Georgetown is a 620-acre development that blends residential, commercial, and green spaces to create a vibrant, walkable environment. City officials expect to approve zoning and the PID by mid-summer. The development will be built in phases, starting from the west. There will be chances for the public to share feedback, with a future city council meeting to discuss the PID proposal.
